When you wake up and roll out of bed what is the first thing you do? What if I told you those first few actions when you wake up are setting the base for the rest of your day? This post will cover 5 of the best morning manifestation routine rituals you can use to uplevel your life.
Do you hit your snooze button (guilty), or look right at your phone and start scrolling? These are the routines that you are setting your day with, a routine which will follow you for the rest of your day.
Through a lot of trial and error, frustration and defeat I have discovered a manifestation routine that ACTUALLY works and I want to share it with you. Here is my morning manifestation ritual routine.
I just wanted to say before we get into the actual morning manifestation routine, it’s okay to not be perfect and mess up from time to time! Heck, I am SO bad at snoozing my alarm, doubting myself etc.
The message I want to get across is that it is your energy that matters and what you believe, you CAN do this!
Although I am the first to say messing up and snoozing your alarm is natural, you still need to be able to get honest with yourself and realize the steps you need to take in order to have what you want.
Morning Manifestation Ritual Routine:
1. REPLENISH
Firstly, when you get out of bed drink your water! I mean if you have to pee first, THEN drink water, that’s okay too 😉
The biggest shift for me happened when I started drinking water rather than coffee first thing in the morning.
I like to think of the cycle of life to understand why replenishment is SO important. Your body weight as an adult is made up of approx. 60% water!
I personally don’t want to take a lot of room up with a filtered water dispenser or spend a bunch on a build in water filter. So you can imagine my surprise when I found this universal water jug dispenser on amazon. You literally charge it with a usb connection and it’s ready to go where ever you want!

If water makes up the majority of your body weight, we surely should be replenishing this daily! If you want to live your best life, you need to take care of your physical body in the best way you can! Afterall, we are a spiritual being having a physical experience-think of your physical body as a rental car!
2.CLEANSE
After drinking water and replenishing my body’s natural needs, the next thing I do is to cleanse myself.
Typically, we all shower and don’t give much thought about it. What if I told you we can use our daily shower as a soul cleansing experience to wash away what we don’t want and call in what we desire.
As a visualization, imagine yourself washing away all negativity, all negative thoughts, negative people, opinions etc as you wash yourself. Set intentions and affirm what you want.
Tips:
- Use a body wash that makes you feel rich, abundant, confident etc. One of my favourites is castile soap. Castile soap is more natural, free of parabens and make me feel super clean and refreshed without the strong, artificial scents and chemicals. This is my fave castile soap if you are interested in starting with one.
- Same goes for body lotion. Use a body lotion that makes you feel amazing. My favourite scent that makes me feel abundant and beautiful is this.
When you practice this daily, you are setting yourself up for a fresh new start.
3. SET THE VIBE FOR THE DAY
Light your favourite candle, diffuse your favourite essential oil or light your favourite incense. Start setting your intentions for the day. Thank God for all that you have and express your gratitude.
Gratitude journaling can be a great way to set yourself up with positive vibes.
This is going to set the vibe of your entire day. You know when you start the day off on the wrong foot and everything that day seems to go wrong? This is the same thing! Your vibration (or how you FEEL) is going to set up how the rest of your day goes.
Your vibration, or what you are sending out into the world, is what you will attract.
4. ATTRACT WHAT YOU WANT
A key component to my morning manifestation routine is setting specific goals and attracting what I actually want. The ways I find most successful that I achieve this is through journaling, using positive affirmations and ensuring that no matter what is going on, my vibes are positive.
You attract what you ARE, WHAT YOU FEEL AND WHAT YOU DO. Are you jealous? Are you negative? This is what you’re going to continue to bring into your life. Journaling can give you clarification on what you actually want and how to get there. Bypass all the BS and only focus on what you WANT.
5. OPEN YOURSELF TO RECEIVE
In order to open yourself to receive you must have your mind and body on the same vibe. Physical activity is the best way to physically open yourself to receive. Go for a walk, stretch and meditate.
I like to go to the gym however, for the days I can’t I bought this trampoline and I will admit it has been an amazing investment. Jumping on a trampoline helps stimulate your blood flow and lymph fluid. I love adding a trampoline workout to my routine each week.
Take aligned action towards what you want and it will be yours.
