Don’t let the buzz word “manifestation” get you confused or uninterested. This manifestation how to guide has been made as a crash course in learning how to create more of what you WANT in life, and avoiding what you don’t.
I’m sure if you are here, you have some idea of what “manifestation” is. Although the terms “manifestation” and “vibes” are being used everywhere and have become sort of buzz words with their popularity on tik tok and other social media platforms. I am here to provide you with a simple, actionable, no fluff manifestation how to guide, so that you can start intentionally creating your reality and live a happier, more fulfilling life.
The Manifestation How to Guide:
Step One on How to Start Manifesting:
Getting clear and setting the vision of what we want. We need to set clear, actionable goals and desires if we want to manifest something.
Brainstorm and get super clear on what you truly WANT. Write down a list of your desires.
Examples of things you might want to manifest:
- $10,000 dollars
- a new home
- a car
- true friendships
- soulmate or love
- self-confidence
- happiness
It doesn’t matter what you want, you can have it! Each person has individual goals, wants, needs, purpose and desires. Don’t limit yourself, if the desire was put in your mind and heart it is there for a reason!
Step Two Define Your Why and Feeling States:
Now that we know what we want me need to define why we want it. For example, if you want to manifest money (who doesn’t) it’s not the physical paper money we desire it’s the freedom, experiences, safety, security etc. feelings that we want to manifest.
Money is just the physical, tangible item that allows us to experience those feelings.
As Neville Goddard states, “Feeling is the Secret!”. (If you haven’t read the book, I highly suggest it!)
We can affirm that we are rich, abundant, happy forever but it is not until we can feel those feelings and start acting as if we already have what we want that it will come to us.
You don’t attract what you want. You attract what you are.

Step Three Affirm and Shift:
Affirm and become the version of yourself that has what you want. Create an image in your mind of a person who has the life that you want. This is the step where you will need to shift your identity.
Ask yourself these questions:
- What does this person wear?
- What do they look like? How do they present themselves?
- Are they confident? How do they come across confident in their daily life?
- What are their habits? (Do they have a clean, organized home? Specific job?)
- Do they have any hobbies? ( Do they workout daily or have a creative hobby?)
- What is their daily routine?
Once you have a clear image of the person who has the life you want, write down some actionable steps you will take to become this person.
Start off simple so you don’t overwhelm yourself and end up giving up.
It can start as simply as creating a new habit like going to a brisk walk everyday, holding your head high when you enter a room and dressing in clothes that make you feel more confident and empowered.
Also create affirmations to go along with what you are manifesting. Use these affirmations daily to impress them into your subconscious mind.
Example affirmations:
- I am confident
- I am wealthy
- I am beautiful
- I am worthy of a wonderful life
- I am financially free
- I have a wonderful job that I love and pays me generously
Step Four Release and Let Go:
Now you must learn to let it go and release resistance, knowing that it is yours. If not this, then something better will be yours. Have faith and remain in a high vibe feeling state.
And NO this doesn’t mean you can’t have negative thoughts and feelings.
In fact, you need to pay attention to these negative feelings when the come up because they are showing you where you have resistance and the areas you need to work on.
We are humans, we will feel the entire spectrum of feelings however, it is in our power to feel and then release the negative thoughts and feelings that do not serve us. Your mind is under your control if you decide to take back your power.
Feel all the feels but be mindful where you allow your feelings and thoughts to dwell.
