The basic explanation of the law of attraction is that we are constantly creating our own reality but attracting the same energy we are putting out into the world. Like energy, attracts more like energy.
In short, if your focus and energy are negative you will bring more negativity into your life, and if you focus on positive, happy emotions you will bring more of that positive energy into your life.
The law of attraction is not “magic” or something that only happens when we intentionally use it. It is always working, whether or not you are conscious of it. Similar to the way gravity just works. Reading up on neuroscience and quantum physics can help you better understand this.
When you are aware of the law of attraction and how it works you can then start intentionally using it to create the life you want!
What is the 369 Method?
The 369 method of manifestation is inspired by Nikola Tesla‘s understanding of the universe and energy. Tesla is quoted as saying “If you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency and vibration”.
He also spoke of the significance of 3, 6 and 9, stating that these numbers were the “key to the universe”.
I won’t go into detail here because it is too in-depth but I urge you to look into vortex mathematics and the actual mathematical significance behind the numbers if you want a deeper understanding of why Tesla thought 3, 6 and 9 as the keys to the universe. Essentially, the 369 method of manifestation is a method of journaling your intention 3 times in the morning, 6 times in the afternoon and 9 times at night.
How to do the 369 Method Manifestation:
In order to do the 369 method you must:
- Firstly, become super clear and focused on what you intend to bring into your life.
- Write your intention 3 times in the morning, 6 times in the afternoon and 9 times in the evening.
- Next, feel into the feelings of already having what you desire…how would you feel, act, who would you be, etc.
- Remember: this process isn’t simply writing it down and like magic it will appear. Using any manifestation “method” is meant to align your thoughts, feelings and actions with your desired reality so you can attract it into your life.
- Practice gratitude and align yourself with feelings of gratitude and happiness.
- Take aligned action! Like I said earlier, it’s not “magic” you can’t wish for your soul mate and then lay on your couch and wait for him/her to come knock on your door.
Remember:
As previously noted, this manifestation method is based on writing your desire in the present tense, as if you already have it, 3 times in the morning, 6 times in the afternoon and 9 times in the evening.
It is important to write in the present tense, for example “I am so happy that I have found my soulmate.” because it puts out the energy of already having that positive thing, rather than “I want to find my soulmate.” puts out the energy of lack and not having that desire. (Remember, like energy attracts like energy!)

Importance of Aligned Action and Gratitude
After you’ve completed your journaling using the 3, 6, 9 method, and you are feeling aligned with the thoughts and feelings of what you want to attract more of into your life, you must take aligned action.
Aligned action means taking action towards creating what you wish to manifest. You can’t do all the inner work to attract your soulmate and then sit in your house, waiting for him/her to knock on your door.
For example, an aligned action would be putting yourself out there to meet people, being more open to different types of people and actually getting out there.
In addition to aligned action, gratitude is essential. If you feel lack or upset with what you already have, you will attract more lack.
Be grateful for everything you have in this present moment, and for what is to come. Try writing down 3-5 things you are grateful for each day, big or small. Practicing gratitude can really change your perspective for the better.
